Since this morning I have trouble to open Trados.
I have made the current update and since I'm not available to open the software.
So I have deleted it then reinstalled it. But it seems impossible to open it.
Please someone can help me? I have a lot of ongoing staff
Can you please advise if you are getting any specific message when opening trados , or do you just get a window that closes immediately?

Yes the window close immediately
I had a similar issue a while ago and in my case was due to a plug in and I solved it with the below

1. Close every RWS application.
2. Go to this location:
4. Open Trados Studio and see if you still experience the issue. 5. If you do not receive that error message you can close Trados Studio and proceed to re-install the plugins you had before. |
