I failed to deactivate or reset trados license

Hi! I have an urgent problem on my Trados license.
Firstly, I failed to deactivate my trados in the previous company yesterday.
So, I choose another option, offline deactivation.
At home, I tried to deactivate my Trados license installed in my previous company's PC.
Unfortunately, I failed.
Mistakenly, I tried to deactivate another my trado license installed in my personal computer and deactivation was successful.
Finally, I tried to "reset" my Trados license installed in my previous company's PC but there was an error and error email was sent to RWS.
According to the RWS email's response, I tried to deactivate my Trados license installed in my previous company's PC but it was also failed.
I want to deactivate or reset or delete my Trados license installed in my previous company's PC.
I left work, so I cannot access my previous company's PC and I deleted the trados application on that PC.
Please understand my situation and give any help ASAP.
