Hi, I'm trying to deactivate my Trados licence on my laptop (in a Parallels virtual machine) so I can then reactivate it in a different virtual machine, but there's a serious problem with the Trados installation which is causing the app to crash on startup every time, so I can't perform the deactivation step myself. Can you please deactivate the licence for me? Thank you!

It might be worth deleting any apps you have installed first as this may be the problem.
Please close Trados Studio, delete these folders, restart Trados Studio and then reinstall your apps using the integrated private appstore:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
I assumed you have Trados Studio 2021, so the path may be different to the plugins if you have a different version.
