Have you deactivated the licence on your laptop first so the licence becomes available?  Through the help menu:

Help -> Product Activation

Or do you have a Plus licence and perhaps you need to reset a licence as you've used too many already?  You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.

Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

I have followed your instructions and it finally accept it. I thought nevertheless that Trados Studio 2022 Freelance accepted to have at least 2 Soft installed and working at once (I mean 1 working when the other is off). Will I have to deactivate/reactivate Trados each time I change of PC ?

You can activate your license on 2 PCs simultaneously only if you have a Freelance Plus license. If you own a 'normal' Freelance license, you can only activate it on one PC at a time and need to deactivate it if you want to activate it on a second PC.
  

Thanks Walter. This is what estonished me, because I have a Freelance Plus licence ! May be I have to see that with some commercial...

If you log in to your customer account and go to 'Licenses', you can see which type of license you have and how many of them are activated:

As you can see in the screenshot, you have two small boxes for 'In Use' and 'Available'.
