Hello dear SDL community,

I can't work on Trados (Studio19) anymore since the following error message appears: "Unexcepted exception when creating view part control for view part Notifications".

On the Support Gateway, it is advised, in this case, to
"Browse to the relevant directory: Windows 7/8/10: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\[VERSIONNUMBER]
Find and rename/delete the following three files in that directory:
BaseSettings.xml
Plugincache.xml
UserSettings.xml
This will reset Trados Studio to its factory settings."

However I don't have any "SDL" folder under the AppData/Roaming file. Even if I apply the Windows settings to see the hidden folders.
