Activation from Studio 2022 is not possible. Three licenses are shown as in use. But that's not true. Offline-De-activation ist not possible, ends with error message

Hello, we have changed from Trados Studio 2021 to Trados 2022. To do this, we deactivated the licences on all three computers beforehand. Then we uninstalled Trados 2021 normally via Windows and, because we have had problems before, manually deleted EVERYTHING that had anything to do with SDL or Trados and was still on the computer. Also in the registry. Then we downloaded Trados Studio 2022 from the RWS website and installed it. There were no problems. Trados could be started, but as a trial version, which was not too bad at first. On the first computer I then entered the activation code and the message no longer appeared and I could work normally. After a few days, the message about the trial version suddenly appeared again when I started Trados. Now the trial days have expired and I can no longer work. This is really annoying. On our RWS account, all three licences are shown as in use, but this is not true and we cannot use the activation codes stored there. Offline de-activation doesn't work either. It always ends with an error message. You should contact the support. Unfortunately, no help has come from there so far. As I said, we have often had problems with licensing. Actually, every time we switched from one version to the next. We also have the current version of the License Manager on the server (we have also two network licenses but ar afraid of upgrading the to 2022 becauses auf the Problems with the other three licenses), but even there we see strange entries. For example, the date 01/01/0001.
I hope you can help me, because as I said, I can't work with Trados at the moment.
