Following to an invoicing problem the Trados 2021 license has been suspended. Now the invoice problem is solved, but I cannot activate Trados 2021. On my account page I see I have 1 license is use. It is not the case.

Have you tried resetting it yourself first?
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
