Cannot activate my license again

Dear Paul, dear all, 

Having recently had to get a new storage device (ssd card), I returned my Trados Studio 2021 license prior to switching over. It is duly shown to be present in my account. However, on reinstalling the software, I was given a 30-day trial, but have not been able to reactivate the license. At this point, two weeks of the trial are left, and I am no closer to reactivation. 

I have read the post about the license self service reset feature referenced by Paul in one of his replies and available at https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 , but it does not appear to work for my Trados Studio 2021 license (Not available for the product I use, as the result of many updates over the years, although it may be available for a considerably older product I used in 2014).  

RWS has apparently experienced a server outage of some sort, and that they have not been able to fix yet, but it would still be good to get my license activated again. There should be a way of getting SDL (or RWS?) assistance with this, but there no longer appears to be a link to communicate with them directly. Is this the way, I  wonder?
