Unable to access my licence number

My computer needed a windows reinstall and now I also need to reinstall Trados.

However, when I log into my account and select licences, my browser keeps giving me the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have tried using different browsers and devices, but nothing helps.
