Cannot reactivate and reinstall Trados Studio 2017 after license reset due to computer crash

Hello,

My laptop crashed and had to be formatted. Therefore, Trados Studio 2017 was gone. I got my license reset, but now I'm unable to activate it again and reinstall Trados Studio 2017. The email I received from SDL Support said I would be able to see my License available to reactive. But I cannot see any specific button to do so. I've also followed the Online/Offline Activation steps to no avail. Could you please help me get the software back on my laptop?
