I have a problem activating my Trados 2022 license I hope you can help me with. I work with SDL Trados 2019 in my lapptop although I bought an upgrade to the 2021 version last year. My 2019 software is licensed with the upgrade license and I can't deactivate it (I desinstalled the 2021 version before instaling the new one), so I can't activate my new license either. What should I do? Thanks in advance!
