Activation for SDL License Manager for SDL Trados Studio 2017 on a Windows Server 2019

Question

Hello, 
 
 We have currently our SDL License Manager installed on a Windows Server 2008 R2 
 We are trying to move it to a Windows Server 2019 
 We have downloaded the SDL License Manager from the RWS Portal and we have installed it on the Windows Server 2019. 
 But, when we launch the SDL License Manager on the Windows Server 2019, we receive the message below :

Can someone help us in this process please ?

 Please uninstall that version of License Manager as it is outdated and install the newest one: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/tp/Trados/T2022/Licensing/SR2_CU10/LicenseServerManager17.0.134.exe

Hello Anne-Laure Galaud 
 Try to deactivate only the entry with Studio - Professional Commuter 2017 and then activate the license on the new server. The "UNKNOWN" entry will throw an error message when trying to deactivate and its deactivation is not necessary.
