I have a problem with deactivating my licence. I have a Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus licence that has been activated on two computers.
Now, one of them has been connected to a company domain and I can no longer use Trados on that computer because the Freelance licence does not allow it. This is OK for me - I'd like to deactivate the licence and uninstall the program. However, none of the options of deactivating the licence (online or offline) or resetting it work for me. I can't disconnect the computer from the domain to perform deactivation, because our company policy forbids it.
Could you please advice on how to proceed?
