We want to upgrade directly from Passolo 2015 to 2022, and we have already purchased the new licenses.
I have found the following description of the upgrade procedure:

Can we just follow the procedure for the upgrade from Trados 2021 to 2022, or is there anything else we need to consider?

I`ve checked your account and according to your Passolo orders I think you need to upgrade in 2 steps, from 2015 to 2018 and them from 2018 to 2022. You don`t have to install anything, simply process the upgrade in 2 steps.
For Studio I couldn`t find any orders for an upgrade yet, but the process of upgrading the license is exactly the same for all licenses.
