I have deactivated a license, but Trados sill says that the license is active.

Hi all,

I'm in a bit of a bind here. I've installed Trados 22 on a computer, but due to network issues the software won't work (on a company domain). I went to deactivate the license but to no avail: the software still recognizes the license as active and it's stuck on the network issue error. When I try to deactivate it, it comes out as "null" (see image below)

I tried to reset the license (successfully), but the software is still stuck in the "can't work on a company domain" page. Any suggestion? Thank you.
