compuet reinstalled, can't deactivate Trados offline...
Why do this offline? Have you tried a reset? You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
