Trying to activate subscription but received error message (Language Cloud Account not provisioned?)

I am hoping to find help for this activation on issue. I purchased a Studio 2022 subscription in June 2022 and still cannot activate my subscription.

When I ordered the subscription I received an email saying "Your Language Cloud subscription is being provisioned. We will notify you when this is completed." 6 weeks later, I have never received a notification about my Language Cloud Subscription, and cannot activate the subscription. When I try to activate my subscription after logging into RWS I receive the following error: "The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now end. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product."

When I click My Account, or Help, in the Trados Studio 2022 Product Activation window, I receive the following error message from RWS: "There was an error in our system! Retrying in 60 seconds...Please contact support if the problem persists." When I click Show Details on this error message, I receive another error message: "Account.id not provided."

Any support you could provide to help me activate my subscription and resolve this Language Cloud issue would be much appreciated.
