My license doesn't work

Hello!
I uninstalled and installed Trados again and it doesnt recognize my licese anymore. When I unsinstalled, it said that if I would reinstall Trados in the same computer I didn't have to return it. What should I do? Maybe I downloaded the wrong SDL 2019 version? (I found it in a Forum here.) Thanks in advance for your recommendations.
