Dear Supporters,
I bought a 1-year subscription in May 2021 and it expired in May 2022. I bought a new 1-year subscription on July 15 but I cannot use it. When trying to activate it, it says "Your Language Cloud subscription has expired. To renew it or select a new package, visit your SDL Account". When I visit my account, I get a screen that says "Welcome to RWS Language Cloud". At the top a yellow banner says "Your subscription is locked - Paiment Error" but I just paid 384 EUR so I do not quite understand what is going on.
It is as if my account is "stuck" on the subscription I bought in May 2021 and I cannot activate the one I bought on July 15.
Any ideas ? Thanks in advance for your help !
(My system is in French so the wording might be slightly different)
The problem was solved by RWS Support :)
