"No more licenses available on server" after Trados 2021 crashes

Hey,

I experience regular crashes with Trados in different situations. The result is sometimes that Trados "looses" its lincense from the license server. The error message is: "No more licenses available on server" (see screenshot)

Now the problem is that when I press the retry button, it still doesn't find the license. I have to restart Trados several times and try to re-establish the connection to the license server and get the license again.

I use SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.4.4184 (The latest SR couldn't be installed. I couldn't open Trados afterwards and had to unistall and re-install this version.)

Trados Studio is not blocked by the firewall, with no limitations.

Sorin Perta (from the Trados forum) told me that it is normal that the license is blocked for 5 minutes. Here is his reply:

When Studio crashes the license is stuck on the server for about 5 minutes. If the other 2 seats are used by other users then you`ll have to wait 5 minutes before reconnecting. 

Are you getting any error messages when Studio crashes? If Studio doesn`t crash the other issue won`t exist anymore.

I don't think that the 5 minutes for reconnecting are forseen technically. I'm sometimes losing an hour a day due to crashes...

How can I fix this problem?
