Hello,
I heve Trados Freelance 2017 and purchased an upgrade to trados 2021 Freelance
on July 12 2022.
However I only have access to Trados 2017 so far.
No Trados 2021 shows up in my licenses and upgrades (only 2017) and I have no activation key for Trados 2021 in my account.
The only key I have is for Trados 2017.
How can I use Trados 2021 using the full license I paid for?
