The case 00692109 has been closed because I was out and I couldn't try again the software installation, but the installation problem it is not solved yet.
I still have the same problem:
Hi, Virgil, I have tried another time and the problem persists.
I have upgrade from Studio 2021 to 2022, I have downloaded Trados Studio 2022 and tried to install the new version.
I started the installation (without any problem) I scrolled down the license and accept the term and conditions, I went to the second page of Terms and conditions (where I just have to click "Next") and the installations stopped here and did not continue.
Maybe somebody can get into to my computer through the software AnyDesk and help me to install the program? It will be the better way to arrange the problem.
