Dear Sir or Madam,
I had serious problem when I was trying the windows 11 dev version, and I restored my computer several times without deactivation of my trados, actually sometimes it cannot be deactivated. I didnot know that only 3 times of reset were allowed in 12 months.I am using trados freelance 2021.
Could you please help me restore my license this time? and I will take care of it in future.
