Transferring SDL Trados (2019) to a new computer

I have a new laptop, but I can’t seem to transfer my account to it. I have downloaded and installed SDL Trados and logged in with my account, yet instead of logging in to my account as usual, it created a 30-day trial account. Can someone help me? Thanks!
