Moving Trados to a new computer

Hi,
I need to transfer my existing license to a new computer so I followed the steps described here:  How to... Transfer my existing licence to a new computer (community.rws.com/.../how-to-transfer-my-existing-licence-to-a-new-computer)
The problem is that I cannot locate my (previously) deactivated (returned) licence in my SDL Account. The availability is still the same like prior to the deactivation (Users 1 / 1*, In Use 1 / 0*, Available 0 / 1*). Can you help me with this? Thanks
