Payment for upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my Trados license from 2017 to 2022. My order had been received but I cannot complete my payment. I happen to be in Russia at the moment even though I am Italian, is it possible that my payment cannot be processed for this reason? And if so, what can I do to make my payment? (I was trying to pay with Paypal using my Italian account)
