Trados worked fine untill I installed few apps from the private appStore today.
I have tried restoring my PC to previous state but it failed.
I need some help and advices before I start playing around with some options I am not sure about.

Please try to delete the plugins you installed, one by one, in order to see which one causes the issue. Here are the locations from where you need to delete them:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\ or
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Unpacked\

Hello! Thank you so much for your quick replay.
I deleted all plugins from today at C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\ , except one "Fail Safe Task.sdlplugin".
I get the error prompt attached any time when I try to delete this plugin.
Trados Studio does not open.

There no added plugins from today at "Unpacked" location.
The error says "You cannot eliminate this file because it is in use by Trados". I have no idea how to eliminate it then?

Did you close Studio before trying to delete it? If you did I suggest you check your task manager to see if it's still being held. If you can't resolve t that way reboot your computer and immediately delete the plugins before attempting to restart Studio.

I restarted my PC, I succeed deleting the file and Trados came back alive!
