I just upgraded from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus and paid for this order. However, the licenses were not provided to me.
When checking "Licenses" in my account, there is only Studio 2021 license.
When checking "Orders" in my account, it shows the status of "Paid - Processing your order". Please kindly check and see the snapshot below.
Order Number is 695031.
Would someone kindly help processing this order and provide me the licenses? Thanks.
