I try to deactivate Studio 2017 on my old computer

I am asked to enter the activation key, this however does not work, then I tried to deactivate offline, go the certificate but when I paste it on the site I get an error message and am asked to log a support ticket. How should I proceed?

I am using Studio 2017 Freelance Plus.

What other information do you need?
