My PC has broken down. I‘m using my old computer but haven‘t been able to deactivate my license on the PC in repair. Is it possible to deactivate/activate my license via the web i.e. remote?

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
