I have a problem in reset the license

This post is second. My new PC had a problem, so I repaired it and formatted it. Then I installed Trados again but I failed both of offline deactivation and resetting my license. Please delete one of trados activations which was previously installed. The problem in resetting in my license was reported to you. Please check and give me a response ASAP. I'm working on my note book now instead of my new PC.
