Unable to use Trados nor deactivate license on my old computer

Hello,

I'm unable to access my old computer and I've been having trouble using Trados for the past 2-3 years. Every time I've contacted your support team, I've unfortunately not gotten the help I need.

I need help deactivating the license that's tied to this account, so that it will finally be removed from that computer and can be used on this one. I attempted to uninstall it a few years ago, but kept getting errors.

Please help so that I will be able to use Trados in my work..
