Problems with single user activation code

Good day.

I upgraded from Trados 2022 Freelance to Trados 2022 Professional.

The activation code provided upon upgrade is "perpetual" but a counter of the days remaining was still visible after applying the activation code. Trados 2022 Professional was working as expected.

Today the software is saying that activation code is invalid.

Can something be done to check the issue?
