Urgent license reset after computer crash

Question

Hi, Could you please assist me with resetting my Studio 2019 freelance license as I am unable to do so due to a computer crash. This is urgent as I have work to deliver so your help is much appreciated. Thank you

Hi Richard Hill 
 You have a Freelance Plus license which means you have an extra activation which can be used at this moment. Please try to activate Studio and I will also log a Support ticket to have the other activation reset.
