Evaluation Expired [37] and unable to reset the licence

Hello, I have a problem with my Trados Studio 2019. When I try to start the program it shows: "Evaluation Expires [37]" and asks me for the activation key, however, on my RWS account it shows that the program is "in use" (no expiry date). I wanted to deactivate Trados and install it on another computer, but now I am unable to do it. I tried to reset the licence on my RWS account, but it was impossible (an error occurs every time I try to do it).
