I badly need your help here.
I suddenly got a problem logging in to RWS Language Cloud, which also affects Trados studio.
When I try to log in, it shows a message as below.
"An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team."
I currently subscribe to Trados 2021, and I'm just a freelancer, not a part of an organization.
It literally suddenly happened, I had no problem with it until yesterday morning.
Need your help here.
