Log in error re-occurred.

Hello teams,

I just got helped with the log-in issue, but it happened again with the same message appearing as below.


"An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team."
I currently subscribe to Trados 2021, and I'm just a freelancer, not a part of an organization.

It literally suddenly logged out, and can't log in back again.
Need your help here.
