Error on the RWS account login page

Hi! 

I can't login to RWS account.

After authorization i have login page error : "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

I have already cleared cookies and it didn't help

How i can fix it ?

Error message in a web browser stating 'Page not available' in Russian, with a suggestion to reload the page and an error code 'ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS' at the bottom.
