I cannot use the Cloud functionality

I have been using Trados since SDL Trados 2009. I have changed my user email when I set up my own agency. my later email address have been iris-translation@hotmail.com. I have bought a Trados 2022 Upgrade. I have tried to use the Cloud functionality with this account. I tried out many times to log in but it had not let me giving out the error as "Your RWS accouunt is not linked to any cloud account". And when I logged this case I have received an email from RWS saying that I should be using my previous email that I had been using before 2015. And I did. but it had still gave me same error of "Your RWS accouunt is not linked to any cloud account".

If I still fail to use this functionality I will have to give my licence back for a refund.

Please consider my case as urgent.
