Please help me reset my license

I have a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license. My computer recently stopped turning on and was reformatted as part of the repair. I had no chance to deactivate the license beforehand, so I need to reset the license (I think). The reset button in my account doesn't seem to work for me. Thanks so much for your help!
