SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional ACTIVATION

We have bought 5 SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional licenses and the SW is in trial version. We have already payed and the trial period has expired. Thus, we have paid for 5 licenses that we cannot use. We are loosing revenue and are not able to get any support. Sales contact is in holidays, no answer in Spain support telephone and we are not able to find any email support.
