Deactivate and reactivate Studio 2022

I upgraded my license for Studio 2022 Freelance.

I installed it in my desktop.

When I tried to deactivate it in order to activate it in my notebook, I receive this message:

"Deactivation failed."

Then a red X with the message: "Null."

When I clicked in the only option, OK, I got this message:

"The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the produtc."

Then Studio closes.

After that, I went to my notebook and tried to activate Studio 2022 Freelance.

I wasn't able to do that and I received this message:

"Could not activate this license. - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."

I went back to the desktop and Studio opened as if I'd never tried to deactivate it.

Then, I turned my desktop off and tried to deactivate offline from my notebook. I got this message:

"An error occurred with you offline deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please, log a support request."

Then, I tried to launch Studio in my desktop and it opens normally.

The point is, I really need to switch to desktop and notebook regularly because I travel  a lot.
