Urgent - No text visible in source or target windows

I just opened Trados Studio 2022 to work on some rather urgent projects. To my great consternation, I discovered that no text is visible any more in the source or target columns in any of my projects. I can see that the text must be there, from the size segments, it is just invisible. I have tried repairing Trados, restarted Windows, etc but to no avail. Can anyone please help, or I am likely to miss my deadlines tomorrow?

    There are a few things you can check before doing a repair (not a new install):

    1. Do you see the filename of the document in the tab once you opened it in the Editor and do you see the orange tags with the filename at the beginning and end of the file?

    2. Make sure you don't have a 'Display Filter' set (like in the screenshot above where you don't see any segments).

    3. Can you see the segment numbers in the first column of the Editor.

    4. Does this happen with all files or only some files?

    If everything fails, I suggest you run a Repair of Studio (WIN + R, type appwiz.cpl + Enter, scroll down to 'Trados Studio 2022', right-click and select 'Uninstall/Change':

    Then say YES to the prompt and click on 'Repair' (not 'Uninstall':

    This will run a repair of Studio and only takes 1-2 minutes.
