Hi

I have 2 HP desktops PCs with Trados 2021 activated and working.

I just bought a mobile HP computer. I installed Trados 2021 on it and it started automatically with a trial license.

I wish to desactivate one of my desktops and activate Trados Studio on my mobile.

When I try to desactivate my desktop I have an error message stating that I have several instances of Trados running so desactivation is impossible. Even if I shut down all trados running (except on the desktop which I want to desactivate) I still get the same error message.

Please advise me how to proceed.
