I upgraded from Trados Freelance 2021 to 2022. I updated the licence on the website. I already have the activation code but it says "Invalid Product Key". How can I correct this problem?

I upgraded from Trados Freelance 2021 to 2022. I updated the licence on the website. I already have the activation code but it says "Invalid Product Key". How can I correct this problem?

Make sure you are using the new activation key you need for 2022. It will not be the same as your old one.

Indeed, my mistake was to use the trados 2021 password in the 2022 version. I solved it, but now I don't have access to the old version files. How can I recover those files?

What do you mean? Yo can simply open projects, translation memories, termbases in the new version. Just navigate to wherever you put them.
