Upgrading from Trados 2021 to Trados 2022 - Problem with activation and license

I have just upgraded my Trados software from the 2021 Freelance Plus version to the 2022 Freelance Plus version. For a reason that I do not know, the activation was not possible despite using the valid license that I received. I have tried to reset the license but still didn't work. Moreover, under the Products & Plans > Licenses section in my account, both the main and the extra activation codes seem to be in use; however, I can't use Trados 2022 as it still requires activation. Please note that I have installed the application on 1 PC only.  How can I make both licenses available again and activate the product? Please help.
