my laptop broke and I am unable to deactivate my Trados 2014 license. However, I have a Freelance plus license and now wanted to use the additional license on my new laptop. When I try to download Trados Studio 2014 to my new laptop, an error occurs: "An error occurred downloading the following resource: downloadcentre.sdl.com/.../clwireg.exe.

I am having the same issue. How can I download my Studio 2014?
Please see https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027488 We have sent several e-mails about this. Please note that if you are unsubscribed from our e-mails, you might have not received them. You can download the program from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads and try to activate using the license code from Products and Plans - Licenses, but I cannot guarantee it will work.
