I deactivated Trados Studio 2017 on my old laptop and activated it on the new one. I tried to import translation memories, but the "Import" button remains inactive. What should I do?

I deactivated Trados Studio 2017 on my old laptop and activated it on the new one. I tried to import translation memories, but the "Import" button remains inactive. What should I do?
This button is for importing content into an existing TM. It will only be active with a TM selected.
