Unable to reset licence - web page says there is an error

Hi,

I need to reinstall Trados on my new drive, and to do that I need to reset the licence so that I can then activate it. When I click "Reset licence" in my list of licences on the website, I get a web page with an error and a message saying that someone at SDL Trados has been sent an email about this. I don't have much confidence in this. I need to install the software urgently. Does anyone know of any way of contacting the company to report something like this? I'd really appreciate it if you could help me with this.
