I have at its time purchased the license Freelancer PLUS and used it on 2 computers some years. Some time ago one of the 2 computers became unusable before I could disable the licence in it. Now I can't use the 2 licenses on my new computer because it's as if the one license is still active so of course I can't have 3 licenses. I ask you for help in disabling the license on the computer that no longer exists. Is it possible?

Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
If it doesn`t work I`ll log a support ticket to get your license reset.
